Building Works Specification

We are able to take your design dream and make it a reality by providing a Specification of Works based on your designers drawings.

This will enable your building contractor to build to a certain standard, comply with regulations and if necessary incorporate input from fellow professionals such as, structural engineers, mechanical and electrical consultants and environmental engineers.

If necessary, and as part of our service we can include for building contract documentation, workmanship clauses, obtain competitive tenders, provide a tender report and administer the building contract during the construction phase.
